COACHING

Leadership Assessment & Development

“The secret to success is good leadership, and good leadership is all about making the lives of your team members or workers better,” said former NFL Coach Tony Dungy. This is what coaching is all about – helping leaders and managers to grow and be better.

Our coaching is designed to help leaders improve performance, accomplish positive change, and personally grow. Through feedback from assessments, input from managers, educational resources, and the expertise of our coaches, we will help you or your staff members examine strengths and develop leadership skills.

Depending on your unique context, our coaching process typically includes assessments, customized coaching plans, and regular coaching meetings. Consultants are also available via phone and email between coaching sessions for the duration of the contract.

  • Many organizations lack the time or an effective method for providing their leaders with feedback and coaching. Through feedback from our Leader 360 Assessment and other resources, our coaches can help you identify strengths and growth areas as well as create a coaching plan to develop specific leadership skills.

Individual coaching has proven to be valuable in assisting good leaders in advancing their skills to become even better, helping transition staff members, and helping to improve the performance of staff members who are not succeeding.

  • This type of coaching provides a senior leader or owner with a confidential and trusted advisor to serve as a safe sounding board as well as to offer professional advice.

  • Our coaches will help you plan for a successful leadership transition by preparing the organization to embrace a new leader and preparing a new leader to enter the organization. We will provide guidance in creating the profile of the future leader, identifying potential obstacles to a smooth transition, facilitating preparation meetings, assessing and interviewing candidates, and navigating the transition. Our consultants have experience in a variety of transition scenarios including networking for a new leader or helping to advance a current staff member.

  • Leadership Team Coaching focuses on developing the individual team members while improving the collaboration and communication of the team as a whole. After an initial assessment phase that includes gathering feedback, your coach will work to identify critical organizational themes, including blind spots and opportunities, and create a customized coaching plan to increase your team’s effectiveness.

  • Combining executive coaching and management consulting together allows leaders to set organizational strategies and advance initiatives quickly while also building the leadership skills of those who are responsible for the work.

  • Either as a result of being transitioned out of a job or no longer feeling energized by what you are doing, it can be hard to know what to do next in your professional life. Coaching can help you discover your passion, gifts, and future career direction and how to pursue it.
