‘FROM STRESS TO SOLUTIONS’ TRAINING SESSION
This interactive session delivered by one of our trainers will include an online Stress Quotient® assessment for each person and a 1.5-2 hour training session on understanding the nature of stress, contributing factors to stress, your personal stress levels, and tools to improve your well-being. This live training can be delivered via Zoom, at our location, or at your location (additional fees may apply for travel over one hour away from The Center offices). Included in this training session, you will receive:
A trainer from The Center Consulting Group
A personalized Stress Quotient® assessment and report for each participant
A group report can also be given to the supervisor at no additional charge. This report combines the individuals’ scores and provides an overall picture of how the team performs under given stressors and how each person fits within the team.
