The Next Step – A Life Transition Planning Workshop
Changes in life are coming! Every day, 10,000 Americans turn 65. Preparing yourself, your family, and even your organization for succession and the related transitions can be overwhelming – both practically and emotionally. The Next Step is a 3-hour workshop that will start you on the path to a successful transition process.
During this workshop, participants will:
Understand a values-based and practical framework to anticipate and plan for their transitions
Explore God’s purpose for the next phase of their life
Identify four action steps they can take to prepare for and execute their transition
Receive tools to manage the personal, relational, and emotional challenges of life transitions
"This workshop helps put aside day-to-day habits and provides the tools necessary to evaluate and take action about how to spend the remaining years of your life."
Who is this for?
This workshop is for individuals and couples between the ages of 50 and 70 who are beginning to consider or are already facing the important question of “What next?” due to an approaching life transition like succession planning, retiring, moving to a new career path after an empty nest, or selling a business, etc.
"This helped me to think broadly about all the aspects of the next chapter in my life that I should consider."
