Erik is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of accounting and financial management experience.  He serves as the Director of Business Operations for Calvary Church and The Center Consulting Group.  Erik oversees the budgets, human resources, and insurance for both organizations. With a background in church leadership and management, she serves as the Pastor of Strategic Alignment at Bethel Church. Toni’s previous work experience includes various areas of supply chain management, customer experience, and product deployment. She has also served as the VP and Board Chair for a global nonprofit encouraging leadership development in young girls. She has an extensive background in both organizational leadership roles and leadership development consulting and has contributed in the corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. In her corporate career, Sandy held roles including Director of Brand Operations, Global Brand Leader, and Head of Global Citizenship. Since 2012, she has focused her experience, talents, and passion on coaching, facilitating, and strategic consulting. Sandy holds multiple advanced coaching certifications that include Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, CPCC through the Co-Active Training Institute, and certification in the Leadership Circle suite of offerings. In addition to his work at The Center, he is an associate professor with DeVry University and an adjunct professor at Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership. He is a former pastor with 20 years served in three churches in Pennsylvania. Gray has lived and worked in five different countries, been a CEO, and accumulated more than 25 years of experience on nonprofit and for-profit boards. He brings experience in executive coaching, strategic planning, and advising boards of directors and business owners.
