Tim began his career in public education. For over 20 years, he taught high school English and History and coached several sports in Indiana, Arizona, and New Jersey. During those years, he also served on several Elder Boards and led ministries in churches that he and his wife, Sherri, attended. In addition to teaching, Tim served in a variety of roles in church ministry including Director of Children’s Ministries, Director of Family Ministries, and Executive Director. He received a B.S. in Education from Ball State University and a Masters in Education from Indiana University. Tim brings expertise in leadership coaching, mergers, and staff development. Contact Tim.
