Paul has over 40 years of experience in building, leading and operating organizations – both profit and non-profit. He co-founded and serves on several non-profit boards and has led a church planting ministry. He has a passion for developing leaders and helping organizations define their mission and structures to deliver excellence. Based on both personal experience and training, Paul enjoys guiding owners and leaders through the succession process. Paul holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Temple University and studied theology and counseling at Westminster Seminary.
